What is the difference between a post and a CMS page?

The differences between a post and a page in the CMS system are that you can include the post date and author information on top of the document.

The post title (meta-title) is also automatically included on the top of the post as an H1 tag. (This can be disabled site-wide under the CMS Settings however).

Both pages and post can have categories, tags and/or comments as well as unlimited plugin-generated content and page builder elements.
